Constuction approvals grantd wth illegality become a key source of illicit money for @mybmc — particularly in Fire & Bldg Proposal depts. I am yet to understand how a Fire Officer in @mybmcWardKE approvd demolition/deletion of refuge areas, based on which 2 Part OCs were issued
