5+ hours of extremely loud music starting from 10 am and still ongoing (2.30pm) coming from #RunwalAnthurium, LBS, #Mulund, Holi celebrations. The loud sound is immensely distributing to all elderly living around. 5+ hrs of loud music. How much is too much? @MulundPS @mybmcWardT
