Road, an entire FIRST FLOOR has been constructed WITHOUT mandatory BMC approval. A formal written complaint has already been submitted. Yet, there is absolute silence and zero enforcement on the ground. This is a clear violation of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 and a direct loss to BMC revenue. Serious Questions Demand Answers: ▪️ Who allowed this illegal structure to be completed? ▪️ Why was no stop-work action taken? ▪️ Who is shielding the violators?
