Can someone put an end to this madness of dogs barking like maniacs every night!! Even in society flat system, Pets should not be allowed as it's violations of other residents freedom to live & roam without fear. + Infection risk in lifts, noise pollution by barking, threat to kids. Why don't we fix our priority?

Villages & Towns (70% population) are suffering for basics like Electricity, Road Construction & Repair, Water Pipeline due to Stringent forest laws
