Even in society flat system, Pets should not be allowed as it's violations of other residents freedom to live & roam without fear. + Infection risk in lifts, noise pollution by barking, threat to kids. Why don't we fix our priority?

Villages & Towns (70% population) are suffering for basics like Electricity, Road Construction & Repair, Water Pipeline due to Stringent forest laws
