@mybmcWardT @oberoirealty @RunwalOfficial Glow light on rooftop of Runwal sanctuary in Mulund W is kept on throughout the night casting bright light inside the Oberoi Enigma residences causing disruption in sleep . Are these rooftop lights legal and isn’t there a lights off rule?
@shetty_utp @mybmcWardT @oberoirealty @RunwalOfficial The glowing Runwal Sanctuary board on the rooftop clearly goes against the Policy Guidelines for Display of Outdoor Advertisement, 2025 available on the BMC portal. Rooftop ads are supposed to follow specific rules, and this one doesn’t seem to comply.
