We are forced to see these ugly mugs everyday because Govt officials are derelict in their duty. They allow politicians to put up illegal political banners. They are committing contempt of Court and I am going to take the licensing officer of A Ward to court. @mybmc @mybmcWardA
@malpani @mybmc @mybmcWardA @grok are you able to quote specific by-laws under which such illegally put up banners are considered "illegal".. Which guidelines of Bombay HC or other courts are they violating? How can these perpetrators be prosecuted? Is @mybmc Sleeping?
